The source is only one part: uniformity, substrate distance, thermal control, gases and diagnostics must work as a system. Selection is documented from limiting conditions through to acceptance. We review pressure regime, gases, wetted materials, cleanliness, temperature, loads, accuracy, mechanical and electrical interfaces, control and maintenance. From those inputs we build a subsystem architecture, identify risk points and compare compatible alternatives. The recommendation is not limited to a part number: it includes connections, accessories, instrumentation and the tests required for integration. Before quotation we state what must be confirmed by drawing, trial or manufacturer review. Throughout supply, requirements remain traceable to components and evidence. If a commercial solution does not meet the envelope, VPD defines the adaptation or special development, while Avancem participates only as the industrial partner when manufacturing is required. The intended result is a clear, verifiable specification ready for purchasing, assembly and commissioning. Decisions also record assumptions, dependencies, owners and evidence needed at final acceptance.
